If you’re like me you probably grew up knowing America was the greatest country in the world. And, if you’re like me you know the people of this country are capable of meeting any challenge and rising above any burden which tests our faith.

I believe we are optimistic people, and though we currently face challenges, we are also presented with extraordinary opportunities. We have the opportunity to create new jobs which represent the best values of American industry: exploration, innovation and technology.

I am an independent thinker, and my pledge to you is that when I am elected to congress party labels will not be the barrier to good, common sense ideas. My door will always be open to anyone who is there to work for the people rather than advance an agenda. I am not a radical partisan. I see the challenges which await as well as the need to preserve the ability to pursue the American Dream promised for us all.

Serving as your representative in congress will be one of the greatest honors in my life and I will dedicate myself to your service as I have dedicated my life to my wife and children. It is with great humility and deepest regard for the people of the 11th District that I ask for your vote.
